Using the hood's bodyline, you can line hood stripe up and get very close to placing where it belongs. The tailgate should be installed from the top and work your way down. Using a measuring tape, make adjustments for side to side. After you've placed the hood and tailgate stripe where it belongs, use the hinge method to squeegee down stripes. We recommend starting in the middle and working out, both up and down and to the sides. You can select between the set ( Hood + tailgate decal), only the hood decal or only the tailgate decal Little to no cut will be necessary for perfect fits. Carefully remove the pre-mask especially where the rear pin stripes are located, always pulling with the stripe of your Chevy Silverado, never pull the premask towards you.
