Order Processing

At MayamiDecals, our vinyl decals and stickers are made to order with care and attention to detail.

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We ship orders using USPS and other available carriers when applicable.

Shipping rates and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Some smaller decal orders may ship via USPS letter mail with limited tracking capabilities. Tracking updates may be delayed or occasionally indicate delivery before the mailpiece physically arrives.

If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please allow one additional business day and check your mailbox or delivery location before contacting us.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a returned package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or experiences a delivery issue, please contact MayamiDecals so we can investigate and assist you.

We review shipping issues individually and provide appropriate solutions in accordance with our store policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Because our decals are made to order, production begins according to the selected size, color, style, and other options provided at checkout.
