All decals are custom-made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or installation errors.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us with photos of the issue so we can review it and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement when applicable.
We strongly recommend professional installation for large or complex decals. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION
For best results, we recommend professional installation, especially for large or complex decals.
- Thoroughly clean and dry the installation surface before applying the decal.
- Do not install on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight.
- Carefully measure and position the decal before removing the backing paper.
- For large decals, we recommend having two people assist with installation.
- Follow the installation instructions appropriate for your vinyl and decal type.
Improper installation may result in wrinkles, bubbles, stretching, or damage to the vinyl.
